The estimates
Figures on this site are benchmarks published by named third parties, reproduced with a link to the source and the date we checked it. The calculator multiplies those benchmarks by what you type in. It is a planning number, not a quote, and it does not account for the condition of your roof, access to it, or repairs nobody has found yet.
Rules and regulations
Summaries of Dubai Municipality requirements are provided for orientation, with the clause or table number so you can read the original. They are not a compliance opinion. Your consultant or contractor is responsible for meeting the regulations that apply to your building.
Quote requests
When you submit the form, we pass your details to waterproofing contractors. We do not employ, licence, supervise or inspect them, we make no promise about their work, and any contract you sign is between you and them. We may be paid for the introduction.
Availability and changes
We update figures as sources change and may alter or remove pages at any time. We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it.
